To limit gatherings and spread of COVID-19, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has proposed a new order that would stop the sale of alcohol at Ohio Bars and Restaurants at 10 pm. If a drink is purchased before 10 pm it must be consumed by 11 pm. DeWine has requested the Ohio Liquor Control Commission to call a meeting for Friday at 9 am to enact the emergency rule. If this happens, Dewine said he will sign the order and this would go into effect statewide Friday night.
