Major League Baseball and its Player's Union are agreeing to expand the 2020 playoffs from ten to 16 teams.Commissioner Rob Manfred announced the decision.The playoffs will now start with a best-of-three Wild Card series before the Division and League Championship series. MLB's shortened 2020 season will conclude on September 27th with Wild Card games to begin on September 29th.
