Browns Could Play No Preseason Games This Year Due To COVID-19

Sources say the NFL is preparing to cancel all preseason games in 2020 due to COVID-19. According to reports from the league on Monday night, the plan calls for the Cleveland Browns, and other NFL teams to not play until their week one regular season match-ups. The NFL had already scaled back the preseason from four games to two back on July 1st and had been negotiating with the player's union to keep at least one exhibition contest per club. Players will also undergo daily COVID-19 testing after they have tested negative twice in tests that are administered at least 72-hours apart.
