$707,000 Bid Approved For Replacement Of Mansfield North Lake Park Bridge

The Mansfield Board of Control this week approved a bid for just over $707,000 to replace the bridge at North Lake Park.

RichlandSource.com reports the 121 year old sandstone bridge is crumbling and needs replaced. The work will be done by a company out of Tiffin and will be replaced with a single arch bridge.

Mansfield City Council approved the project back in February, which will see 70% of the cost paid for by a $500,000 grant from the Ohio Public Works Commission
