Richland County will have a Fair next month, but it will look a lot different that normal, according to RichlandSource.com.
Fair Board president Gary Blum said, there will be no grandstand entertainment and no rides. There will be harness racing, but no one allowed in the grandstands.
There will also be a junior fair livestock show, however, animals will only be on the fairgrounds for a minimal amount of time.
Blum said there will be some food vendors, but not as many as in the past.
The Richland County Fair will run Aug 9th -15th, it's plan has been approved by Richland Public Health.
