The pandemic may impact planned road work in 2020, according to Richland County Engineer Adam Gove.
RichlandSource.com reports, a decline is expected in gas tax revenue, which may see the county look at cutting back on road repairs.
Gove said for the month of May, revenue was down $40,000 to $60,000 from what was expected and they won't know what the total financial hit will be until the middle of summer.
