Press Release from Mansfield Police
The Mansfield Division of Police is currently investigating a shooting were the victim was dropped off at a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Detectives are actively investigating the incident and officers have talked to the victim, a 19 year old B/M subject.
The initial investigation indicates that the victim was shot while in an area close to the 400 block of West 3rd Street. It is unknown at this time what led up to the shooting and investigators are working to determine a motive. Detectives would like to speak to the person(s) who dropped the victim off at Ohio Health Hospital at approximately 216PM on this date (6/26/20). There is no additional information to release at this time.
