A 25 year old Ashland man was arrested this week for stealing a Richland County owned vehicle.
The Richland County Sheriff's Office says, Christopher Honeycutt was released from the Richland County Jail Monday around 2:30 pm.
According to the report, walked across the street around 2:45 pm and stole a county owned pick-up truck on 2nd Street, while the worker was putting his lunchbox in his own personal vehicle.
Mansfield Police pursued the stolen vehicle and shortly after, arrested Honeycutt on Cook Road.
