Ashland County schools to see total of $1.3 million cut in state funding

Ashland County schools, just like other public schools across the state of Ohio, will see a cut in funding from the Ohio Department of Education, due to the pandemic.

Richlandsource.com reports, 5 schools in Ashland County will a combined total of more than $1.3 million cut in state funds. Ashland will see a reduction of more than $600,000, Loudonville - Perrysville Schools and Crestview just over $200,000, while Hillsdale and Mapleton will see cuts from more than $180,000.
