School districts across the state will see funding cuts due to the pandemic.
A recent report showed there will be more than $300 million dollars in cuts to Ohio public school districts.
In Richland County, state funding was cut between 1 and 7 percent, depending on the school district.
RichlandSource.com reports, 9 Richland County School districts will see a combined total of more than $2.7 million dollars in budget cuts.
The Mansfield City Schools will see a cut of more than $562,000, Lexington close to $478,000, Madison $411,000 - Shelby and Clear Fork just shy of $300,000 - Ontario and Crestview more than $200,000 - Lucas and the Plymouth-Shiloh schools will see cuts of just over $100,000.
