iHeartMedia Ashland/Mansfield launches Small Business Crisis Resource

iHeartMedia Ashland/Mansfield launches the Small Business Crisis ResourceSupported by Kelly Badnell, Mansfield’s trusted local attorney, a new initiative to help local small business owners across our region easily find available benefits and resources during the COVID-19 pandemic.

TheSmall Business Crisis Resource serves as a centralized source for small business owners and provides critical information on the Federal stimulus package, up-to-date small business news, state of Ohio resources and links to top business-focused podcasts. The initiative is also launching a weekly iHeart Small Business newsletter.

“At iHeart, our focus continues to be about serving our local communities, including the small businesses that support many residents,” Hartley Adkins Chief Operating Officer for iHeartMedia Markets Group said in a release. “We also know that studies show business owners look to radio as their trusted news source more than any other medium, so we want to do everything we can to ensure that these businesses have the important information they need to survive and get through this pandemic as best they can.”

The web portal, newsletter and related webinars aim to help business owners understand what they need to do to apply for Paycheck Protection Program loans and additional support from the government, which recently passed a $2 trillion stimulus package with $376 billion dedicated to small business relief efforts. In addition, iHeart Ashland/Mansfield is offering local business owners bonus media incentive opportunities and extended payment terms to help with your advertising and marketing “re-opening” strategy.
