Shelby looking into virtual graduation, ways to honor Senior class

School districts across the state right now are looking into virtual graduations and ways to honor their senior class.

RichlandSource.com reports, the Shelby school district has put together a commencement committee and Superintendent Tim Tarvin said, they are considering all options.

Shelby High school has between 140 and 150 seniors, who would have been set to graduate at the school, May 24th. Tarvin told the committee to be creative and the plan might not be limited to just one event to honor the Shelby Class of 2020.
