Richland County Transit Riders Must Cover Mouth And Nose

Richland County Transit has implemented a mandate for riders, that they must wear some sort of covering over their face and mouth when riding the bus, due to the pandemic.

RichlandSource.com reports, RCT general manager, Christine Terry, said "we know its hard to get a mask, so we are letting riders use a scarf or anything they can to cover their mouth and nose.

The number of RCT riders has remained fairly steady during COVID-19 - with around 40 riders per day.
