Spike In Ohio COVID Cases -Nearly 2,500 Over The Weekend, 11,600 Statewide

There was a spike in Coronavirus cases over the weekend across the state of Ohio with nearly 2,500 positive tests being confirmed by the Ohio Department of Health.

Marion County was center of the surge, as they now have the most cases in Ohio -with over 1,800.

In total across the state -....there are more than 11,600 cases.

Richland County and Crawford County, each had 13 NEW cases over the weekend

Richland now with 65 cases -Crawford with 41.

Ashland had one new case on Sunday and now has a total of 6 confirmed cases of the coronavirus.

Knox with 11 total, Huron 16 and Morrow with 20 cases

In Ohio - 471 people have now died from COVID-19.

More than 2,500 have been hospitalized....with over 760 in the ICU.
