An Ontario Police officer that was recently terminated said he will appeal the decision. RichlandSource.com reports, 30 year old Elijah Finley was terminated in early March, after a meeting with 12 alleged disciplinary violations.
Finley said the decision was made without just cause. No date has yet been set for arbitration.
The 30 year old Finley, was a 2008 graduate of Clear Fork and recently spent time as the Ontario schools resource officer.
