Mansfield City Council President Cliff Mears said the current 2020 budget that was just passed was based on current projected revenue, which now is expected to be much lower, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mears said the budget will have to be revised later in the year, once the coronavirus outbreak is over. Mansfield City Council expected to meet again on April 7th.
