Health Department Reports Ohio Hospitals At 60% Capacity

Ohio's hospitals are currently running at 60-percent of their capacity. That's according to Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton. She said yesterday that around 13-hundred of the 36-hundred beds in intensive care units statewide are available right now. Acton says Ohio hospitals are normally operating at 75-percent this time of year, adding that they are freeing up beds by canceling elective surgeries.
