Governor DeWine is ordering the closure of all barbershops, spas, nail and beauty salons and tattoo parlors across the state. DeWine issued the order yesterday as another measure in his administration's fight to stop the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, which had reached 88 cases in Ohio, an average of one in each county. DeWine also said all but five of the state's 181 Bureau of Motor Vehicles locations would close down at the end of the day tomorrow. DeWine said he is asking lawmakers to pass a grace period for those who cannot renew their driver's licenses or vehicle registrations while the BMVs are closed.
