State health officials say there are now 50 confirmed positive cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus in Ohio. Governor DeWine updated the numbers at a press conference on Monday and extended his business closure order to include bowling alleys, gyms, fitness centers, recreation centers, movie theaters, indoor trampoline parks, and indoor water parks.
The Ohio county with the most cases remains Cuyahoga with 24, followed by Butler with six, and then by Belmont, Franklin, Geauga, Lorain, Lucas, Medina, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, and Tuscarawas. Late Monday, Knox County Schools announced one of their teachers had tested positive, but it has yet to be confirmed by state health officials.
