Mansfield, Ohio – Due to concerns for public health the City of Mansfield Income Tax office will be closed to the public effective Monday March 16, 2020 until further notice.
I encourage taxpayers to mail their Mansfield tax returns. There is a very helpful interactive return that provides instructions and calculations that can be found on the city website. To find any Income Tax information just click the yellow box on the left of the city homepage E-File/Tax Forms.
There is also an option to E-file. Tax Forms will be available on the 1st floor of the Mansfield Municipal Building and are available to print out on the city website. The filing deadline is April 15, 2020 without a federal extension.
If the IRS extends the federal due date without an extension past April 15th the City of Mansfield will do the same. The Income Tax Department staff can be reached by telephone at 419-755-9711 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
