Mansfield's finance director this week told city council the city is not living within its means, that according to RichlandSource.com. Linn Steward told Council that the proposed 2020 budget is not fiscally responsible. Mansfield must approve it's final budget for 2020 by the end of March, which is expected to be more than $30 million.
