Ashland mayor Matt Miller swore in the newest member of the Ashland Police Department on Monday morning. Officer Timothy McGlugritch was sworn in as the 28th officer on the force, after spending 14 weeks in field training. The Ashland Police Department is authorized for 32 officers.
