Mansfield Police warn public to watch out for scams

Mansfield Police are warning the public to watch out for scams, after a Mansfield woman lost $2,400. The scam told the woman her grandson was in jail and the man on the phone claimed to be his lawyer and she needed to send money. Mansfield Police say these type of scams happen around tax time or during the holiday season. They ask you report any of these scams to the Ohio Attorney Generals' Office.
