Upgrades to the Richland County 9-1-1 Dispatch Center are coming soon. Richland County Commissioner Darrell Banks told WMAN - they are narrowing down the bids and work should begin in May and hope to be complete by this fall. The Dispatch center is staying in the people's building but moving into the Cafeteria area for more room. The total cost of the remodel is just over $700,000.
