The Knox County Sheriff arrested a 55 year old man from Mansfield on Wednesday morning around 8:30 in Mount Vernon. The man was taken into custody on charges of felony importuning and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The man has been communicating online with what he thought was an underage female. It turned out it was a detective from the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
