Mansfield engineer Bob Bianchi has received an Economic Award from the Richland Chamber of Commerce. RichlandSource.com reports, Bianchi was awarded the honor for his hard work with the Mansfield Rising project, Mansfield's Flood Plan and converting Mulberry to two way traffic.
