The Ashland School Board this week approved a pay raise for substitute teachers. RichlandSource.com reports substitute teachers will now be paid $80 per day, select schools in the district previously paid substitute teachers $70 per day. Ashland Superintendent Doug Marrah mentioned at the meeting - the renovations at the high school are on schedule.
