The two newest members of Mansfield City Council were recently sworn in by mayor Tim Theaker. 59 year old David Falquette, takes the at large spot of Cliff Mears, who was elected City Council president back in November. 38 year old Laura Burns, takes the place of David Falquette to represent the 1st Ward.
