Nikki Harless has been hired as the new executive director of Richland County Children Services. Harless takes over for Patty Harellson, who resigned back in the summer. Harless had been serving as the interim director since July and actually started with Richland County Children Services as an intern in 1992.
According to RichlandSource.com, Harless will over sees over 90 employees and a budget of just over $11 million.
