New Road Repair And Maintenance Levy For Ashland

Ashland residents will be asked to vote on a five-year quarter percent levy for renewal for road repair and maintenance in the March 2020 election. According to richlandsource.com, the current levy has generated 4.8 million dollars and it allowed the city of Ashland to acquire more in state funding. The estimate that the city has spent on road repairs is $6.3 million that’s to pave 56.25 of the city's 220 lane miles and more than 85 streets.
