Richland County Commissioners Endorsing Shelby Main Street Corridor Plan

The Richland County Commissioners are endorsing a 3.2 million-dollar Shelby Main Street Corridor Plan aimed at downtown revitalization. According to richlandsource.com, the commissioners met last week with representatives from the Shelby Community Improvement Corporation to discuss the three-part project, which includes a Main Streetscape project, Black Fork Commons Plaza , and a Black Fork Trail & Stream Restoration project.
