The Mount Gilead Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one vehicle fatal traffic crash. The fatal crash occurred on Sunday at around 5:29 A. M. on Township Road 190 near County Road 17, in Morrow County.
30-year-old Aleesha A. Hardy, of Cardington, was driving northbound on Township Road 190. Ms. Hardy failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the right side of the roadway, and overturned into a tree. Ms. Hardy was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ms. Hardy was not wearing a seatbelt, and it is unknown if alcohol and drug usage are a factor in the crash.
