Richland Public Health has received a three-year, $300,000-per-year grant from The Ohio Department of Youth Services Personal Responsibility Education Program. According to RichlandSource.com, PREP is a federally-funded program created to educate at-risk youth ages 14-21 on potentially-dangerous behaviors.
