One of downtown Mansfield’s largest buildings has been purchased by a local investor. Earlier this month, the Barrington One building, located at 13 Park Avenue West, was purchased by local investor Shane Allyne Richlandsource.com reports that, the building renovations planned are on a two year timeline with an estimated budget of between $400,000 and $450,000. Allyne said he hopes to see an eclectic mix of existing small businesses and budding entrepreneurs in the future. He hopes that upgrading the building’s vacant units will attract more businesses downtown.
