Ashland Man Charged With 11th OVI

An Ashland man has been charged with his 11th OVI offense. According to richlandsource.com, Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers arrested Michael Bowen,bat approximately 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. Bowen was stopped for speed and marked lanes on US Route 42 in the city of Ashland. The 11 offenses took place from 1981 to late October. Bowen is set to appear in Ashland Municipal Court at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 15th, for arraignment and pretrial.
