A man in Ashland was taken into custody Monday after a manhunt in the area of Jacobson Avenue and Orange Road. According to Richlandsource.com, the manhunt ended Monday morning after locating a suspect with a firearm. Law enforcement initiated the manhunt to take “every precaution” after receiving a tip at 7:38 a.m. Monday morning from a concerned citizen, who said she observed two men dressed in black clothing with a rifle-like gun and flashlights walking into a wooded area and a suspicious vehicle across the street. A suspect was later located and taken into custody for questioning.
