A man from Lakeside has been charged with an OVI in Ashland county. According to richlandsource.com, on October 12th, William Stakes crashed his crashed his vehicle on State Route 60, near Township Road 585. This was Stakes’ 5th OVI. There were no passengers in his car when he wrecked. Stakes is scheduled to appear in Ashland Municipal Court on Friday, Oct. 18th for his initial appearance. Stakes was not injured in the accident.
