Amateur and professional cartoonists of all ages are invited to Mansfield's Idea Works for 24-Hour Comics Day. According to RichlandSource.com, participants will have 24 hours from noon on Saturday, October 5, to write, draw, and letter an entire 24-page comic book. Completed works may then be submitted to the official 24-Hour Comics Collection, sponsored by The Ohio State University Billy Ireland Cartoon Museum and Library.
