Review continues into the incident at the Richland County Jail Thursday night. Initial reports say an inmate was transported to OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital after becoming unresponsive while under corrections officers' restraint. Officers had been called to restrain the inmate after finding him standing on a half-wall inside a holding cell, apparently attempting suicide
