Clemans-Nelson & Associates of Dublin has begun a comprehensive wage study of all Richland County employees. 10 departments, representing 51 employees, are part of the study's initial phase. Commissioner Tony Vero told RichlandSource.com no general fund money shall be spent on the study, as funding will come from Clerk of Courts Linda Frary's auto title department.
