Alomar Davenport To Hold Second Community Forum

Alomar Davenport who is a candidate for Mansfield City Council 4th Ward is planning a second public forum to discuss the relationship between city police and the black community. Richlandsource.com is reporting that Davenport was cited for the misdemeanor infraction on August 15th , from a car stop that resulted in two officers pulling their guns. Davenport pleaded guilty Tuesday to driving with a suspended license. He was fined $50 and assessed $125 in court costs. A second charge of an improper turn was dismissed. Davenport hope to have an announcement of the location of the second forum later today.
