The Mansfield man who allegedly started fire that killed a 3-year-old girl in June of this year, has been indicted for murder and tow counts of aggravated arson. Richlandsource.com is reporting that 18-year-old Roscoe D. Hunter II was arrested by Mansfield police one day after he allegedly started a fire June 26 just before 2 a.m. at 212 S. Foster St. in an unoccupied house. The fire then spread to the neighboring house at 208 S. Foster Street. Where 3-year-old Chloe Williams died from the fire. Hunter, is represented by Mansfield attorney Ralph Bove.
