Prescription medication is suspected as a factor in a crash on Interstate 71 in Ashland County Saturday evening. According to RichlandSource.com, the semi driven by New Yorker, Milenko Milenkovic, 38, struck the cable barrier in the highway's median and continued southbound in the northbound lanes for about half a mile. No injuries were reported in the crash, which remains under investigation.
