The North End Community Improvement Collaborative announced four authors as the featured guests for their next African American Leadership Initiative Social. According to RichlandSource.com, First Baptist Church Pastor and Cool Dads Faithful Fathers founder Jeffrey Jones; NECIC Research and Development Coordinator Edward Akinyemi; broadcaster, author, and motivational speaker Brigitte Coles; and local historian Loretta Hillard will be on hand to discuss their works and ideas informally with the public. The event is scheduled for 5:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, August 30, at 134 North Main Street in Mansfield.
