Four people have been arrested for stealing a golf cart that belonged to the Bucyrus Bratwurst Festival Committee. Richlandsource.com reports the golf cart was stolen from the 300 block of South Sandusky Street. Four individuals ranging from 13-19 years old were arrested Wednesday. The cart was repainted a different color and tools were missing from the cart.
