The Richland County Land Bank seeks a qualified environmental consulting firm to oversee cleanup of the former Swan Cleaners building in Downtown Mansfield. Land bank manager Amy Hamrick told RichlandSource.com the cleanup, expected to begin late October, is especially important in light of plans to develop the area into the "Imagination District."
