Free Books For Area Infants From Richland Public Health

Richland Public Health has partnered with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to provide parents of infants with new books monthly. Akron Children's Hospital pediatrician Celia Flinn told RichlandSource.com Richland County has 4,400 children eligible for the program, which costs $25 per year per child. The program is intended to serve children ages zero through five, but has had to limit its focus to infants due to costs.
