Investigators with the Crestline Police have located two individuals for questioning in the death of a Crestline woman. Thirty-three year-old Ryan M. Williams, and thirty-six year-old Falynn L. Phillips, both with a last known address of 211 North Pearl Street in Crestline, have answered questions in the ongoing investigation into the unnatural death of Nicole Britt that happened on July 15th. Williams was arrested in Shelby and was interviewed at the Richland County Jail. He is currently being held on warrants. Phillips was in Mount Vernon; she was questioned but not taken into custody. No charges have been filed yet.
