Mansfield Man Indicted For Allegedly Burning Children With Space Heater

A Mansfield man has been indicted for allegedly burning his three children with a space heater. RichlandSource.com reports 37 year old Jamie Parnell has been charged with felonious assault and child endangering for incidents that occurred, Jan. 1st to Feb 11th of this year (2019), where allegations say his children were forcibly burned while in his care. Parnell's bond was set at $50,000.
