$2.75 million Plan To Spruce Up Shelby's Main Street Corridor Unveiled

A plan to spruce up Shelby's Main Street Corridor was unveiled this week by Shelby's Community Improvement Corporation. RichlandSource.com reports the total cost would be around $2.75 million. The City of Shelby would be contributing around $445,000, while the Shelby Foundation is investing $250,000. The project hopes to get started in 2020 and be finished by 2023.
